The materials, such as leather and fur, are from Santa Catarina Cuixtla, Oaxaca.
We approached the local farm that is dedicated to raising rabbits for human consumption, which was initially discarded, so it was important to close the circle in a more sustainable way.
We also use recycled tires for the sole of our huaraches and sandals. The leather we use is tanned using organic plant-based methods, primarily female zomacle and cinnamon bush bark.
